Position Overview:
We seek a highly organized and motivated Administrative Officer to join our team. The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our consultancy firm, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across various administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Tasks
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors. 3.
