Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week
Wage: $19.00/hour
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

 Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of those who prepare, portion, and serve food.
 Take, record, and resolve complaints from customers.
 Record and report sales, waste, and incidents.
 Track and order supplies required for food service.
 Establish schedule of staff and manuals.
 Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
 Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: One to two years experience of food service Or,
Completion of the community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management is required.
