Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week
Wage: $18.00/hour
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

 – Prepare and cook various types of Japanese dishes on the menu.
 – Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
 – Cook food according to recipes.
 – Prepare and make sauces for the meal on the menu.
 – Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers.
 – Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies.

Job Requirements:

Education: Completion of high school is required
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
