Job Description

At NVision, our Communications and Content Creation team collaborates with clients to share
stories that inspire connections, understanding, and action. We turn facts into compelling
narratives, transform events into rich opportunities for networking and knowledge sharing, and
create materials that engage diverse audiences.
You’ll collaborate with a supportive team to develop high-quality print, digital, and online
content that supports reconciliation, education, and capacity-building for clients across Canada.
We deliver concise, visually striking reports, strategies, and communication plans tailored to
each project’s unique context. Our work reflects community values, respects Indigenous
knowledge systems, and ensures every message is grounded, inclusive, and impactful.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with
a supportive team to create high-quality print, digital, and online learning materials that
support reconciliation, education, and capacity-building for clients across Canada.

Required languages: English

Education level: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; Strong understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, colour, and composition; Experience designing for print and digital formats, including social media, websites, presentations, and reports; Respectful and thoughtful approach to cultural protocols and representation, especially when working with Indigenous stories, imagery, or communities; Willingness to learn and grow, take feedback, and work as part of a team

Required skills: Familiarity with brand identity and applying design consistently across mediums; Comfortable developing infographics and simple data visualizations; Attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction while incorporating feedback

Additional skills / Assets: Fluency in an Indigenous language; Knowledge of Indigenous rights, treaties, or reconciliation frameworks; Motion graphics, video editing, or social media content creation skills
