Nubo Kitchen + Bar is located at 490 Pandora Avenue, Victoria, BC V8W 0E3

Wage: $25.00/hr ~ $35.00/hr
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30 ~ 40hrs/wk
Benefits: 4% of Vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
• Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
• Pan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

• Physically demanding
• Repetitive tasks
• Standing for extended periods

Job requirements:
• Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience
• Completion of secondary school
