As a Retail Store Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
Greet customers and selling merchandize and gas, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff,
establish work schedules Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments by cheque,
authorize return of merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel
matters, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,
Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Education: Completion of High School
Essential Skills: Able to work in fast paced environment, Excellent oral communication, Team
player, Organized
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English
Salary: $ 23 hourly for 40 hours
Experience: Previous 1 year experience in sales is required
