Job Description

– Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
– Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel
and other materials
-Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware Estimate costs and materials
– Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals,
industrial plants and other establishments
– Organize tasks to accomplish the work Plan repair work to be performed
Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (High) School Certificate

Required skills: - Work must be completed at the physical location.
