Responsibilities/Tasks:
1) Coordinate the flow of information within the team
2) Open and distribute mail and other materials
3) Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
4) Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
5) Schedule and confirm appointments
6) Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
7) Answer electronic enquiries
8) Compile data, statistics and other information
