Job Description

Mortgage Outlet is looking for a Full-Time Onboarding and Marketing Administrator(NOC 13100)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $26.92/hour.
Job Description:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and employees, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
• Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Prepare and organize onboarding materials, including contracts, training documents, and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate new hire training and integration.
• Address onboarding inquiries and provide support to new clients and employees as needed.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Collect, store and manage documents received from agents during the onboarding process
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness of agent and lead information.
• Generate and analyze reports from the CRM to provide insights on agent interactions and performance metrics.
• Implement and monitor CRM best practices to enhance agent management and tracking.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the firm’s marketing goals and brand voice.
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on performance, trends, and engagement to inform future strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as onboarding agent, social media admin, or related
• Experience with using Zoho One CRM
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity in managing social media
• Language in the workplace is English
