Job Description

1. Operate, maintain and clean farm equipment: compost blending, filling, casing, spawning, etc.
2. Operate, maintain and clean materials handling machinery such as tractors, forklifts and front end loaders
3. Operate all cleaning equipment, and repairing tools.
4. Inspect Machine and tools daily and report any deviations.
5. Clean work areas.
6. Complete all necessary paper work.
7. Check compost consistency and report changes to Supervisor.
8. Scan and prepare product to the market.
9. Repair and build wooden trays.
10. Follow all Health and Safety requirements.
11. Work in Farm Operations area as assigned.
12. Other associated duties.

Required skills: 1.Ability to work independently. 2.Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. 3.Safety conscious; ability to follow Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations. 4.Capable of crouching, reaching, stretching and standing for long periods comfortably, performing repetitive motion 5.Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. 6.Flexibility to work varying shifts.
