Responsibilities
Tasks: Prepare and submit reports; Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality; Establish work schedules; Train or arrange for training; Oversee safety of operations; Recommend personnel actions; Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers; Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
Supervision: 16-20 people; Furniture and fixture assemblers and inspectors; Furniture finishers and refinishers.
