Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive market research framework to guide company strategy.
Establish tools and methodologies to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to clients, employees, and market trends.
Evaluate internal performance and client experience to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Create and monitor baseline metrics around satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Segment and profile current and potential clients to support targeted communication and service improvements.
Identify client groups, behaviors, needs, and expectations to inform strategy and planning.
Deliver strategic insights and data visualizations that support decision-making across business development, operations, and customer service.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
Provide data-driven input to shape marketing strategies, messaging, and brand positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate research insights into planning, innovation, and daily operations.
Promote a research-driven culture across departments through partnerships and knowledge sharing
Qualifications Required:
Proven experience building or leading research functions—either in-house or as a senior-level consultant.
Deep understanding of market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and brand positioning strategies.
Strong project management capabilities, including vendor management, budgeting, and timeline execution.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
Adept at cross-functional collaboration and able to influence stakeholders across departments such as operations, HR, sales, and marketing.
Strategic thinker with a future-focused mindset and a passion for understanding consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market shifts.
Skilled in end-to-end research design, from framing objectives to insight delivery—comfortable architecting and executing full research cycles.
Expertise in ethnographic and cultural analysis to uncover client motivations and expectations.
Strong background in shopper and consumption behavior analysis, particularly in service-based and property-driven contexts.
Experienced in trend forecasting and early signal detection to identify emerging opportunities and inform long-term strategy
Work Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in market analysis, consumer insights, or strategic research, with demonstrated expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Wage: $ 37.90 / HR CAD
