Mayans Vineyard Development is looking for 15 Full-Time Vineyard Workers (NOC 85101)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40+ hours per week, $18.63/hour.
Job Description:
• Prepare and irrigate soil in vineyard areas
• Assist with planting and maintaining grapevines
• Install and maintain basic irrigation lines and components
• Assist with installing and maintaining vineyard trellis systems and fencing
• Pick and harvest grapes by hand
• Sort, weigh, and pack harvested grapes at the vineyard
• Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and harvested grapes for transport
• Clean and sanitize picking bins, trays, and work areas
• Perform general cleanup of vineyard, growing, and packing areas
• Assist with routine vineyard maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment
• Assist with pruning, thinning, and basic vine training under supervision.
Job Requirements:
• Must be willing to work outdoors and travel to different vineyards.
• Language in the workplace is English
