Wage: $16.00/hour, 35 hours/week
Overtime Wage: $24.00/hour after 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
Benefits: 3 weeks of paid vacation per year

Job Duties:
Cook Japanese style food with precision and care
Prepare, season, and cook food as directed, including last-minute special and custom orders
Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistent quality
Safely and efficiently operate standard kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, practicing good safety and sanitation protocols
Keep inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment
Bring creativity and new ideas to the menu, demonstrating a willingness to innovate
Work efficiently and possess strong multi-tasking skills
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning

Employment Requirements:
• Education: Completion of secondary school
• Work Experience: Minimum of 1-year cooking experience or equivalent work experience
