Experience requirement: 1 year as a Restaurant Manager

Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $44.00/hour, 32 to 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations
• Evaluate, plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit and train staff, set staff work schedules.
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Balance cash, prepare bank deposit and complete cash reports
• Conduct staff performance reviews
• Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
