Job Description

– Provide ongoing care and support to senior clients to assit with dialy living activities;
– Assist with medication reminders and ensure medications are taken according to prescribed schedules;
– Monitor clients’ overall health and well-being, observe and report any physical or behavioral changes to family members;
– Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and health conditions;
– Support mobility and ensure a safe living environment, including implementing fall-prevention and safety measures;
– Accompany clients to medial appointments and community activities as required;
– Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental and social well-being
– Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment;
– Laundry of clothing and household linens;
– Shop for groceries and household supplies necessary for daily living.

Work setting: Employer’s home

Work hours: 35 hours per week
