We are seeking a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual who is enthusiastic and capable of completing regular food service tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, counter attendants, and kitchen helpers
• Assign and monitor staff duties during each shift to ensure efficient service
• Establish and adjust employee work schedules
• Supervise kitchen workflow to ensure timely food preparation during peak service hours
• Monitor cooking processes, portion control, and presentation standards
• Inspect prepared dishes before service to ensure consistency and quality
• Train staff in food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and workplace safety
• Provide guidance to kitchen helpers and junior staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Verify order accuracy and coordinate communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and checking deliveries
• Ensure compliance with public health, food safety, and sanitation regulations
• Address customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly
• Maintain shift records and assist with opening and closing procedures
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: A college diploma in culinary management
• Work Experience: at least 2 years of experience in food preparation
• Skills and knowledge preferred: Food Handler Certificate
• Ability to Supervise: 3 to 4 people
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
a) Fast-paced environment
b) Standing for extended periods
c) Handling hot food and kitchen equipment
d) Evening and weekend shifts required
e) Lifting and carrying heavy items (e.g., food supplies, ingredient containers, and bulk deliveries up to approximately 20–25 kg)
