LF Truck Centre Ltd. located at 653-12th Street, Fort MacLeod, AB is seeking an Assistant Mechanical Engineer. Permanent, Full-time. Rural Area. English-speaking workplace.

Wage: $37.32/hour plus benefits
Education: College, university
Experience: 5 years

Duties:
Install parts on trucks
Modify parts to fit on trucks
Draw custom parts in CAD software
Fabricate parts based on drawings
Test fit and modify parts, and update drawing based on test fitmets
Coordinate with manufacturers to produce parts
Work with international vendors (USA, the Netherlands) on building products
Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation, and performance of mechanisms, components, and systems
Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems
Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and estimates, reports, and design specifications for machinery and systems.
Assess business opportunities and develop strategies.
