Lemongrass Vietnamese Restaurant is looking for three (3) Full-Time Line Cooks (NOC 63200-3)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $21.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to Lemongrass Vietnamese Cuisine standards
• Prepare and cook Vietnamese and other Asian meals
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Cook
• Experience in Asian cuisine is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
