Job Description

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility and physical assistance (transferring from bed to chair, walking, etc.)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuuming, dishes, etc.)
• Remind clients to take medications
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, or environment
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands, if required
• Follow care plans and document services provided

Education level: High school

Required skills: Computer skills
