We are hiring experienced cooks. We provide Japanese-style foods and we are the one of the famous Japanese restaurants in this area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Employer: Kim and Kwak Co. Enterprises Ltd. dba Hana Sushi
-Position: Cook
-Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
-Working Hour: 30 – 40 Hours per week
-Wage: $19.00 per hour with 10 days paid vacation.

JOB DUTIES
– Prepare and cook various types of Japanese hot food such as udon, tempura, donburi and etc.
– Order, maintain and monitor inventory and records of food such as vegetable, noodle for udon, shrimp, and supplies such as gloves, sanitizer and so on.
– Prepare and make sauces for meal on the menu
– Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of experience as a cook is required OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking.
