Job Description
Kelowna Precision Clinic is looking for a Full-Time Clinic Office Manager (NOC 13100)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $30.00/hour.
The individual will act as clinic manager for a clinical practice of 6 doctors at full capacity and will need to be competent in the following responsibilities:
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, parking, maintenance and security services
• Assist in the preparation of an operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Manage staff contracts, including renewals
• Day-to-day clinic banking
• Daily clinic operations
• Clinic stock management
• Clinic communication amongst staff and emailing
• Minute taking of clinic meetings and agenda preparation
• Patient relations including complaints
• Monitoring doctor invoicing and no-show payments
• Staff training and scheduling
• Managing accounts
Job Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business, public administration, or related
• Minimum two years of experience in a senior clerical, executive secretarial, or office admin posi-tion (or related)
• Knowledge and experience of computer applications: MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Windows; MS Word; Accounting software; Inventory control
• Must be reliable and organized
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent oral and written communication. Language in the workplace is English
