Position: Home child care provider

Wage: $20.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
– Maintain safe environment for children.
– Nurturing children at employer’s own residence.
– Prepare & serve meals and supervise meal times with children.
– Provide age-appropriate daily activities for children.
– Support to develop children’s emotional and social development.
– Follow the daily routine as instructed by parents.
– Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
– Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
– Take children to and from school and to appointments, as required.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Home Child Care Provider experience and first aid certifications are preferred and are an asset.
– Criminal record check required.
– English language is required
