What you’ll do

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
Setup company-directed promotions and programs
Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
– Lead, supervise and co-ordinate store clerks in receiving, handling and storing of merchandise to achieve optimal results.

– Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

– Maintain specified inventory and ordered merchandise.

– Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.

– Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

– Accountability for the store in the absence of the franchisee and other managers including key carrying and alarm responsibilities.

– Effectively merchandise advertising and promotional programs.

– Any other duties that may be required to ensure courteous friendly service, competitively priced products, and a store that meets and maintains the hygiene standards specified.

What you bring

Flexibility to work a variety of departments and hours which may include days, evenings, and weekends
Able to move up to 50lbs and in constant mobility for an entire shift

Required languages: English

Education level: High School Diploma

Required skills: Excellent Customer Service, People Skills, Team Leadership, Strong Work Ethic, Merchandising experience, strong planning and execution skills.
