WORK LOCATION: EMPLOYER’S HOME IN HAMILTON, ON, NEAR TO W24TH ST AND BENDAMERE AVE

OPTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE ON A LIVE-IN BASIS. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE NEARBY

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT IS – 1 YEAR , PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, 35 HOURS PER WEEK, $22 PER HOUR

REQUIREMENTS ARE: ENGLISH LANGUAGE, SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA, NO EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED – WILL TRAIN

AGE OF PERSONS TO BE CARED FOR: AGED 87 & 89 YEARS OLD

JOB DUTIES:
PROVIDE COMPANIONSHIP TO ELDERLY COUPLE; ASSIST WITH REGULAR EXERCISE FOR ELDERLY COUPLE; PREPARE AND SERVE MEALS FOR ELDERLY COUPLE; LIGHT HOUSEWORK FOR CARE OF ELDERLY COUPLE ONLY; ASSIST ELDERLY COUPLE WITH BATHING AND DRESING; PROVIDE BEDSIDE CARE TO ELDERLY COUPLE; ATTEND ALL APPOINTMENTS WITH ELDERLY COUPLE

Required languages: ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Education level: SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA

Required skills: NONE REQUIRED - WILL TRAIN
