Job Description:
Position: Home Support Worker

Number of Vacant: 1
Wage: $23.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Language: English
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Provide companionship to elderly clients in their homes.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and personal hygiene.
• Prepare and serve meals, including special diets, and assist with feeding when required.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and bed-making to maintain a safe environment.
• Support basic health-related needs under supervision, including changing non-sterile dressings and assisting with medications.

Job Requirements:
Education: No formal education is required but completion of high school is an asset.
Experience: No previous work experience is required but an asset.
