Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase awareness of the company’s construction services and brand.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments and external marketing agencies to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts and website, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and prepare regular marketing and sales reports.
• Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital advertisements.
• Support trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote the company’s projects and services.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print platforms in alignment with corporate standards.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, business partners, and community organizations through networking and outreach.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of College Diploma education.

Required skills: • Strong multitasking, prioritizing and ability to meet tight deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space • Organized and detail-oriented • Love of learning new things and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and processes • Advanced computer skills including all MS Office applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
