Position: Automobile Servicing Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Education requirement: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience requirement: minimum 1 year experience required as Automobile Servicing Manager.
Language: English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $41.00/hour, 30 to 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the Lube shop to ensure efficient service delivery, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage schedule and supervise shop staff, assign duties based on expertise and workload to maintain smooth work flow.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth and service improvement.
• Determine necessary automotive products and services; source, negotiate and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Develop and implement pricing, promotional and credit policies to meet sales targets and maintain profitability.
• Evaluate and enhance customer service standards, handle escalated customer concerns and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Plan shop budget, authorize expenditures, and track sales performance and monitor revenues to ensure financial goals are met.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and local outreach strategies to increase customer base and retention for Jiffy Lube.
• Identify staffing needs, recruit qualified personnel, provide onboarding, training and performance evaluation to support staff development and retention.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
