This Opportunity:
Panago is a Canadian pizza delivery and takeout chain with approximately 200 locations across six provinces. Panago in Victoria is looking to hire 1 Restaurant Manager who can perform following duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service.

Skills Requirements:
• Completion of College/CEGEP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
