Job Description

-Oversee, organize, delegate, and assess clerical tasks encompassing shipping, receiving, inventory management, purchasing transactions, production coordination, crew dispatching, transportation scheduling, and associated responsibilities.

-Assure adherence to current norms, rules, safety and security protocols, and standards, and take part in their enhancement.

-Address a range of issues, handle associated grievances, and put remedial actions and process enhancements into place.

-Educate employees about their responsibilities.

-Obtain materials and supplies on demand.

-Make sure that all machinery, equipment, and computer systems are operating well, and schedule maintenance and repairs.

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Required skills: 1 year to less than 2 years
