Job Description

Plan and develop menus, including estimating food requirements and managing supply orders to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, with the ability to accommodate customers with allergies and dietary restrictions.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation across the kitchen and food service areas in compliance with health regulations. Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to ensure consistency, teamwork, and quality service.

Monitor and maintain inventory records, coordinate daily kitchen operations, and ensure smooth workflow during service hours.

Specialized in Indian and Nepali cuisine, with hands-on experience preparing traditional dishes such as Dal Bhat, Momo, Tas, Choila ect.

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
