Job Description

Hills Kitchen is located at 309 Main Street, Three Hills, AB T0M 2A0. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Cook (Korean & Japanese Cuisine). If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.

Position: Cook (Korean & Japanese Cuisine)
Wage: CAD$18.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook a variety of Korean and Japanese dishes, including Korean BBQ (bulgogi and ribs), bibimbap, noodles, sashimi and rolls , tempura, and teriyaki, in cooperation with other kitchen staff;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
• Skills demonstration may be required.
