We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper-private home to maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment. The successful candidate will perform a variety of cleaning and household tasks.

Location: Intersection of Bellevue Avenue & 13th Street (West Vancouver, BC)
Wage: $21.95 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position

Work Setting: Employer’s private home in West Vancouver, B.C

Job Duties

Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the residence, including living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms
Perform routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Handle laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Change bed linens and make beds regularly
Organize household items and maintain orderly storage areas
Monitor and restock household cleaning supplies as needed
Dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with local guidelines
Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing of kitchen surfaces, appliances, and bathroom fixtures
Carry out cleaning or washing of windows, walls, and ceilings
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner

Qualifications

7 months to less than 1 year of housekeeping experience
No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Must be reliable and able to work independently.
