Heighten Management Inc (The Bullwheel Gastro Family Pub and Fourth Ace Bar & Smoke House) is looking for fifteen (15) Full-Time Cooks (NOC 63200-3)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $17.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Prepare and cook our signature menus, salads and appetizers, entrees, and desserts according to organizational standards
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Store incoming produce, meat and dairy orders into proper storage spaces
• Maintain and control food safety and sanitizing procedures
• Clean kitchen and work area
• Supervise kitchen helpers
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook
• Minimum completion of High School
• Language in the workplace is English
Benefits:
• $17.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
