Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at our Group Family Childcare Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations at our childcare home, ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a safe, nurturing, and organized environment for children and staff. This role includes managing enrollment processes, coordinating schedules, handling communications with parents and regulatory bodies, and supporting the overall efficiency and professionalism of the childcare home.

Tasks:
Co-ordinate administrative services
Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Interview, hire and provide training for staff Manage events
Supervise office and volunteer staff
Prepare admission, program, release, transfer and other reports
Co-ordinate the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents and teachers
Supervision:
