Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure quality food and good service is provided to the customers by staff.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed
• Establish work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
