Job Description

• Coordinate, assign, and supervise the daily activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of goods.
• Establish work schedules, procedures, and delivery priorities to ensure efficient supply chain and logistics operations.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and inventory levels, and resolve work-related or operational problems.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate employees to ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Requisition supplies, materials, and equipment required for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Oversee the operation of warehouse equipment, machinery, and computerized inventory or logistics systems, and arrange maintenance and repairs when necessary.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate activities with other departments or supply chain units.
• Perform duties of supervised staff when required to support daily operations.
