Job Description

• Maintain specific inventory, cycle counts and order merchandise
• Assign daily tasks to sales associates and prepare shift schedules. Monitor and report on performance.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff. Authorize refunds and return of merchandise
• Hire and train new employees according to store policies.
• Ensure store displays and promotion offers are displayed accurately
• Ensure cleanliness inside store and outside
• Resolve any issues that arise on shift, including customer complaints and inventory issues.
• Prepare reports such as inventory issues, sales volumes etc.

Required languages: English

Education level: High School

Required skills: l year experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor would be an asset
