Job Description:

– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers
– Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors
– Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and work quality
– Requisition materials and supplies
– Train workers
– Assist in hirings and promotions
– Prepare work progress reports
– Perform other supervisory duties as assigned by the Manager.
