Required qualification:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 7 Months to Less than 1 year of experience is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work in Day and weekends in fast paced environment.
• Experience in inventory control and dealing with vendors.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
Job responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall operations of the Circle K retail store to ensure profitability and efficient performance

• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and business plans to increase revenue and meet financial targets at Circle K

Manage inventory control systems, including purchasing, stock levels, vendor coordination, and loss prevention measures

• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure brand consistency and an appealing customer environment

• Manage inventory control systems at Circle K, including purchasing, stock levels, vendor coordination, and loss prevention measures

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses,, and take corrective actions to improve profitability

• manage and maintain high standards of customer service, resolving complex or escalated customer issues as needed

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, while developing team capabilities and ensuring optimal workforce productivity

• Manage and monitor employee performance to ensure operational efficiency

• Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses,, and take corrective actions to improve profitability

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards

• Coordinate daily store operations, including cash management, security procedures, and opening/closing activities

Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and business plans to increase revenue and meet financial targets at Circle K

Compensation: Wage $36.10 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, day shift and weekends may require.
