Job Descriptions:

• Oversee, organize, and plan the tasks of employees involved in processing, packaging, testing, and grading food and beverage items
• Manage specified inventory and order stock
• Develop strategies to meet deadlines and synchronize operations with other divisions.
• Address operational challenges and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and product standards.
• Provide training to employees on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and policies.
• Offer suggestions for personnel decisions such as recruitment
• Compile production and various reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Experience: Minimum one to two years of experience in the food or beverage processing sector is required.
