Key Responsibilities
• Respond to inbound calls from the DAA.
• Analyze clients’ needs and provide professional, personalized guidance.
• Recommend and quote appropriate Intact insurance products.
• Close sales targets with exceptional service.
• Maintain and update client records accurately.
What We’re Looking For
• Certification in personal property & casualty insurance.
• College diploma (DEC)
• 1–2 years of financial or insurance experience.
• Excellent French.
• Natural communicator with relationship-building aptitude.
• Analytical thinker who adapts well to technology and change.
• Enthusiastic about sales and driven by results.
