Don’t Look Down Tattoo & Apparel is looking for a Full-Time Tattoo Studio Supervisor (NOC 62029-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32 hours per week, $21.50/hour, with commission and gratuities.
Job Description:
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of customer service staff and tattoo artists
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Monitor quality and production levels
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience in a tattoo studio is an asset, but not required
• Language in the workplace is English
