Hayer is hiring a Nanny to work at their home located in Surrey BC.

Salary: $20.00 / hour for 30 to 40 hours / week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work in employer’s/client’s home

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum six months of experience working with kids is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care based on the child’s daily routine and specific needs.
• Help with dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and hygiene in a gentle and supportive way.
• Plan simple and fun activities to help the child learn and grow.
• Support the child’s communication using tools recommended by the speech therapist.
• Offer emotional support, stay calm during meltdowns, and help guide the child’s behavior.
• Go with the child to therapy sessions, outings, or other activities, and make sure they are safe.
• Keep track of any changes in the child’s behavior or health and share updates with the parents.
• Work together with parents, therapists, and teachers to give consistent care.
• Give medicine or follow a special diet, if the parents or doctor ask.
• Keep the home safe, clean, and caring to support the child’s well-being.
