Job Duties:

• Prepare dough and bake pies, brownies, cookies, bread, waffle, muffin, cakes, pancakes and sweet goods.
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Train staff in preparation, baking and handling of food
• Prepare special orders
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Operate baking equipment
• Co-ordinate with supervisor to prepare production schedule for baking goods
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
