CRB Supermarket is a locally owned grocery store in North West River, Labrador. It serves residents and visitors by offering a wide selection of fresh produce, fresh cut quality meats, dairy products, pantry staples, frozen foods, and household essentials in one convenient location.

CRB Supermarket is now seeking 2 qualified and experienced Shippers / Receivers to ship, receive and record the movement of deliveries of equipment, food and stock to and from delivery vehicles.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time position.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Wage: Hourly Rate – $20.00

Job Responsibilities:

The Shipper / Receiver is responsible for the following duties:

• Ship, receive and record the movement of deliveries of equipment, food and stock to and from delivery vehicles.
• Offload delivery trucks;
• Sign for the products received;
• Count and add inventory to the POS system;
• Must ensure the product has been received in good form and request credit when not.
• Use heavy equipment to load and unload delivery trucks.
• Load, drive and deliver goods within the region by vehicle.
• Other related duties as required such as stocking shelves and working on the front cash when requested by the manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: Secondary School Diploma
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail or warehouse related position;
• Driver’s license required;
• Forklift Certificate preferred.
