Job Responsibilities:
Craft visually captivating and bespoke graphic assets tailored to client objectives, spanning from dynamic social media creatives to engaging video content for YouTube campaigns. Proficiently wield Adobe software suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
Harness the power of HubSpot’s multifaceted features to streamline marketing initiatives, optimize workflows, and elevate lead generation processes. Employ advanced functionalities including email automation, lead scoring, and customer segmentation to drive precise engagement and maximize conversion rates.
Employ insightful demographic data analysis to precisely pinpoint audience segments pertinent to clients’ objectives and target markets, facilitating targeted marketing endeavors.
Conceptualize and execute custom creatives for online advertising endeavors across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Google Display Network. Ensure meticulous alignment with client aspirations and foster optimal engagement with target demographics.
Spearhead the conceptualization and execution of traditional media designs for diverse campaign rollouts across multiple markets, meticulously adhering to objectives and upholding brand standards.
Foster seamless cross-departmental collaboration by integrating HubSpot with pivotal tools and platforms within our organizational ecosystem.
Assume ownership of analytics, metrics, and comprehensive campaign reporting for all online social media initiatives, ensuring clarity and transparency in performance evaluations.

Efficiently manage and synchronize timelines and strategic blueprints across multiple markets under our purview, ensuring steadfast alignment with organizational objectives and timely achievement of milestones.
Accurately compile and input data from diverse channels into relevant programs for systematic processing and streamlined management.
Utilize HubSpot’s robust analytics and reporting tools to meticulously track key performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and refine marketing strategies for enhanced customer engagement and amplified ROI.
Cultivate open channels of communication with clients to discern and address their requirements comprehensively, fostering enduring partnerships grounded in trust and collaboration.

Qualifications Required:
Certified graphic designer with a Bachelor’s Degree and holding a postgraduate degree in the field of Marketing.
Proficiency across a spectrum of programs and tools, including: HubSpot: Marketing Hub, CRM, Sales Hub, CMS, Analytics, Workflows, Forms, Social Ads, and Integrations.
Creative Building: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD.
Analytics: Google Analytics.

Education: Certified graphic designer with a Bachelor’s Degree and holding a postgraduate degree in the field of Marketing
