Job Description

1. Perform minor repairs such as fixing doors, locks, and basic plumbing issues.
2. Do routine maintenance tasks including painting, patching walls, and replacing light bulbs.
3. Assist in cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
4. Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, carpet cleaners safely and efficiently.
5. Inspect buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
6. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
8. Support janitorial teams in specialized cleaning tasks when necessary.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completed at least post-secondary education

Required skills: Must know basic repair works, operating cleaning equipment, using of tools for repairs and maintenance
