Job Description

Prepare bills, invoices, inventory reports and financial statements
Calculate GST and provincial taxes
Reconcile accounts including accounts receivable and accounts payable
Build customer relations and address customer complaints
Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables
Perform bank deposits and maintain petty cash
Liaison with service advisors, merchants and manufacturers
Assist the accountant in accounting related duties

SKILLS: MS Office, Sage 50, Sage 300 skill set considered an asset.

WAGE: $26.44 per hour

TERM: Full time, Permanent
