Chang Thai Massage & Spa is looking for three (3) Full-Time Massage Therapist Helpers (NOC 65229-5)! This is a full-time, permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week, $40.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Assist Massage Therapist in administering massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations
• Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests
• Help maintain records of treatments given
• Receive training from Massage Therapist
• Communicate home care instructions and provide information about techniques
Job Requirements:
• Certificate training in massage therapy or equivalent experience
• Familiarity in Thai massage is an asset
• On-the-job training provided
• Language in the workplace is English
